Hangover skin care routine
It's that time of the year - Christmas and end of year parties. This just means a ton of food and drinks - whose excited? We are!
There's been too many times where I've stayed out way past my bed time, drank way too much and of course, ate way too much. Waking up the next day is hellish with puffy eyes and dehydrated skin. What do you do to start feeling better?
1) Stuff your face with a greasy burger. Or a comforting bowl of Pho. (We like to do both)
2) Hopefully your makeup was removed in a drunken stupor before you passed out if not - quickly remove your makeup and wash your face with a gentle cleanser.
3) Get a sheet mask on.
4) After your sheet mask, put eye gel masks to help soothe puffy eyes.
5) After that, put on your favorite serum or moisturizer!
6) HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE.
You'll probably be stuck in bed for the better half of the day so find your favorite TV shows and binge.
