As with other skincare products, don’t put it directly under the sun! Our products do have an expiration date that's stated on the box. You can use the products all the way up to the expiration date and after for 6 months - 1 year of opening.
Our business operations are in Singapore and Kuwait. Local orders are free and take 2-4 business days.
We offer standard shipping with tracking for all international orders. International orders will take 5-7 business days to reach you and the rates will depend on your location. If you need a rush order, write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll let you know!

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your request to be sent to email@example.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request within 5 working days.
